Hi, I need to update my payment details, as my credit card has expired. When I click on Community -> My Account, it tries to download a file called “929” rather than going to the account management page. This happens on my Vista desktop running IE7 and my XP laptop running IE6. deebr |

Greetings deebr, I am looking into this immediately. I apologize for the problem and will have something for you very soon. To each his reach and if I don’t cop, it ain’t mine to have but I’ll be reaching for ya, cause I love ya – G.C. |

deebr, When you go to purchase a comic or subscription, it should bring up a page marked “Purchasing . . .” where it will list your payment method. Next to this is a link called ‘change’ which will allow you to change your payment method. If this doesn’t work, let me know. I should note, that we’re working on the actual strange download you’re receiving. This was meant as a quick fix for your situation. To each his reach and if I don’t cop, it ain’t mine to have but I’ll be reaching for ya, cause I love ya – G.C. |

You should be able to reach your account info with IE7. We’ve addressed the issue. I should point out that ClickWheel strongly urges folks using IE6 to upgrade to IE7. I would say that we require IE7 or don’t support IE6, but that seems a bit strong. To each his reach and if I don’t cop, it ain’t mine to have but I’ll be reaching for ya, cause I love ya – G.C. |

Thanks, that’s worked perfectly. It’s great to get such a quick response to tech support questions. |
