i cant get any episodes to load i have followed the instruction but when i click on display episodes it does not have the buttons shown on your tutorial. I have tried to troubleshoot it and had others look it just seems the edit buttons you mentioned are not there please check my account youll see what i mean looking forward to downloading some content. I logged in using your account and all seems fine. You do need to create a feature before creating episodes though. The button for that is at the top of the media gallery page when logged in. Of note- I’ve rewritten all of the Clickwheel FAQs, and they will soon be much clearer. Tim Demeter |

I had already done that but once my feature was created i was unable to add episodes i accidently made a couple of extra features but none of the features ive made will allow me to add episodes. when i click on the episode thing it just shows me the feature and there is no place to add anything. slimredninja |

the only button i ever get is an add feature button on your tutorial you show three buttons but i only get the one i have already created a feature but can find no way to upload files. I have tried on another computer as well. Im not understanding why it will work for you but not me is there some kind of system requirment. Please contact me sorry for all the hassle me and my partner are very computer savy so its frustrating that it wont work but like i said we only get the one button. slimredninja |

I think it’s semantic issue in the FAQs in part, actually. The Add Feature is the only button available at first. A Feature is your series at large, then you create Episodes within the features, like issues in your series. Basically, a Feature houses Episodes, and the Episodes house the actual content. Once you create that feature, navigate to it in the media gallery and hit the ‘display episodes’ button to the right of your title. Then at the top you should have the option ‘New Episode.’ Once you hit that button you should be prompted to upload the actual content. In testing this, however, I found the upload frames button isn’t functioning, so we’ll get that fixed on the quick. All part of the rebuilding process I’m afraid. Tim Demeter |

Hi, Tim, I´ve made a movie thingie of the little soldier-episodes, and managed to get it on the right quicktime file. I have used Imovie to create it. I tried to add as a movie to the edit; episodes, but it did not take. They were over 10 but under 20mb. If you understand anything of my ramblings, and can enlighten me if there´s something I did wrong, please do! ;-) |
